1. Professional Responsibility

Technicians must:

3. Punctuality & Communication

Technicians are required to:

  • Arrive at the service location on time or inform customers of delays

  • Communicate clearly regarding service requirements, timelines, and pricing

4. Behaviour & Conduct

Technicians must:

  • Treat customers with respect and courtesy

  • Avoid inappropriate language, gestures, or behaviour

  • Maintain a professional and presentable appearance

  • Respect cultural, personal, and household boundaries

Harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.

5. Safety & Hygiene

Technicians are expected to:

  • Follow basic safety practices during service execution

  • Use appropriate tools and safety equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

  • Avoid actions that may pose risks to customers or property

6. Property & Privacy Respect

Technicians must:

  • Handle customer property with care

  • Avoid accessing personal belongings without permission

  • Respect customer privacy at all times

  • Use customer information only for service-related purposes

7. Pricing Transparency

Technicians are required to:

  • Clearly explain service charges before starting work

  • Obtain customer approval for additional services or costs

  • Avoid overcharging or misleading pricing practices

Any pricing disputes must be escalated through proper channels.

8. Prohibited Activities

Technicians must not:

  • Perform unauthorized services

  • Solicit personal tips, loans, or favours

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Violation of this Code may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.
